Hello!

We are looking for a new flatmate to move into our nicely furnished, cosy 2BR flat in CWB/Wan Chai from 1st August for a duration of 12/13months. For anyone who is looking for room from 1st July can also DM. The monthly rent is 8500HKD including utility fees.

You'll be sharing the flat with a couple living in the other bedroom. We have a bunch of storage, equipment and everyday items within the flat which we are happy to share.

The room is approx. 2.63m x 2.40m with a 1.2m x 2.0m double bed, a 1.0m x 0.5m x 1.8m Closet, a table，a shelf and a chair to use. It also has large overhead storage space for large items (e.g. luggage), and is quiet as it faces south to Morrison Hill Swimming Pool.
