The existing housemate is Italian. Happy to send videos via Whatsapp. We are both peaceful, respectful and friendly.
Room is furnished, & mattress is provided (not seen in photo). The place has amazing natural lighting, mountain views, close to a very clean shopping center City Plaza, pleasant peaceful neighbourhood for professionals to wind down after a long day. No party or taxi noises. MTR only 2-3 mins away, making Central / Wanchai / CWB easy to commute day to day.
